September – Night is falling quicker and the chill has me moving faster. There’s a sense of readying oneself.
Summer calls my inner sun-worshipper and jubilant good-timer out to play – projects and duties will remain left for mañana, ‘to-do’ lists are more like suggestions. This is as it should be.
Fall, without fail, finds me a flurry of productive activity during the workweek – it’s a game of crossing as much off the list as possible before the weekend rolls around. I like to leave my bookend days open.
Saturdays, Sundays — those are best left for exploring my favorite nooks and crannies out of doors with a blanket and a book, all while wearing my best bolo tie.
Be well and go forth,
Your Older Sister
